A tempo, return to the original speed.
"A Tempo" is a musical term that signifies a return to the original speed. This is the essence of our regenerative center, where we strive to help musicians return to their original tempo and peak performance.A tempo Regeneration Center for Musicians was founded by Dr. Daniel Su, a physiatrist and cellist specializing in regenerative medicine. He has taught worldwide the application of regenerative medicine over the spectrum of pain and performing arts medicine. Dr. Su is also an active cellist, giving concerts annually and establishing injury prevention programs for all the professional orchestras in Taiwan and more than 30 music conservatories, universities, and high schools. He has been taking care of around 200 musicians annually since 2018.
In this center, we care for musicians worldwide and provide treatments to help regenerate injured tissues. This makes again better performance, less pain, and a successful career possible.
All the treatments we provide are 100% natural. They involve ultrasound-guided injection of platelet-rich plasma and/or glucose water into the injured sites, instrument-playing posture assessment, manual therapy, exercise suggestions, etc. There are no to minimal side effects, and we will tailor the treatment plan according to your concert schedule. Most of the treatments can be done within 3 days to a week, with recovery within 3 to 6 months, depending on the original severity.
And yes, you can keep playing your instrument during recovery.
Follow-up will be done through email or Zoom meetings if necessary.

As a Cellist, I know we need a healthier environment for performing artists.
As a Doctor, I know I can introduce key medical knowledge to the performing world.
Together, we can make a difference!
